Warman History
A Story Must be Built
Glenn Warman, current owner and President of Warman Construction, was drawn to home remodeling because of his passion for fine craftsmanship and attention to architectural detail. In 1978, initially began working on his own, his first projects included decks, kitchen and bath remodels, and room additions. During this time, he also honored his craft by serving as Building inspector for the Village of Barrington, IL-- an experience he still values to this day.
As demand for his remodeling services grew, Glenn slowly added a small crew of trusted and experienced carpenters, and began to devote full time to the company he started. Several of his first carpenters still work for Warman Construction today. At Warman Construction each employee receives detailed, personal, hands-on training to insure adherence to the company's high standards for craftsmanship, quality, appearance, customer service, production and overall performance.
One of the greatest joys for Glenn has been the opportunity to work side
by side with two of his sons for over 20 years. In 1993, Matt Warman
joined Warman Construction as a carpenter. With 25 years of experience,
Matt now serves as Vice President of Sales and Operations.
Peter Warman joined the company in 1998 and serves as a
lead carpenter, with day to day responsibility for the timely execution of projects.
Warman Construction also takes great pride in the relationships that have been cultivated with their subcontractors and suppliers during their 40+ years of in business. These critical relationships insure that customers receive the latest product designs, best value, and highest quality work.
Warman Construction...it's in the details.
